She likes working for MCFA because it allows her to grow within her profession and become a more independent autonomous healthcare professional. Tana’s hobbies include, spending time with friends and family, vacationing, hunting, and working out at the gym.
Kristen Vroman: Receptionist
She enjoys working for a medical practice that takes such pride in providing excellent patient care to each and every patient. She loves getting to meet and interact with all of our patients, as well as getting the opportunity to provide our patients with a positive experience from the moment they call to make an appointment or walk in the door. She also enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, reading and baking.

Noel has over 10 years experience in the medical field. She enjoys working at MCFA because it feels like we're family other than co-workers. She enjoys boating and making her son, Jhett, laugh.

Mindy has over 25 years of experience in podiatry and orthopedics. She enjoys interacting with patients and seeing their issues resolved with the care provided by Dr. Paul. Her hobbies include cooking, party planning and anything that involves being with her family. She and her family are huge Chicago Cub fans.
Leanne Neill: Licensed PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant.
Her responsibilities include implementing selected components of patient treatment, obtaining data related to the treatment provided, and making modifications in selected interventions to progress the patient as directed by the physical therapist. She likes working for Dr. Paul at MCFA because it's a small private practice where it is easy to build not only professional relationships but also patient relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and spending time outside.

Her responsibilities at MCFA include being the Athletic Trainer and Medical Scribe. She likes working at MCFA because of the friendly staff and coworkers. She also likes seeing her patients improve at every visit. Her hobbies include playing with her dogs, being active and going to the gym. She also likes watching football.
